Wrens in Autumn English Garden Bird Giclee Print
I love this design. It was inspired by the rich autumn hedgerow outside my studio, abundant in warm oranges, mustards, reds, browns, greens, purples and yellows. There is the smallest amount of white in this batik which adds to it’s overall richness of colour. Two little jenny wrens feature in the design with their barred brown markings and pale brown, feathered breasts.
